Rules for Conducting Ranking and Social Tournaments of PadelBay Club
1. Acceptance of the Rules

The tournaments held within the PadelBay club are conducted according to the classic rules of padel, which each player is obliged to learn independently. The rules of the game, as well as the regulations of various tournament types (Winner Court, Americano, Mexicano), are available on the website: https://pistas365.com/padel/information/

The official set of rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") for tournaments and recommendations for players is effective throughout each stage of the game, from start to finish.
By participating in the Tournament, each player or team member confirms that they have read, understood, and agree with all provisions set forth in these Rules.
The official language of communication for the Tournament is English. The use of Russian is also permitted for official communication if all participants in the dialogue and those interested in the dialogue understand Russian.

2. Penalties and Disqualification

Penalties are imposed on Participants for violations of the rules during the Tournament. The severity of the violation and the corresponding penalty are determined by the Chief Referee of the Tournament or a representative of the club.
Players have the right to appeal the decision of the Chief Referee or the club representative by submitting an appeal to the referee committee in any format within 24 hours after the end of the tournament.

3. Rules and Amendments

The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or amend the rules without prior notice to the participants at any stage of the Tournament to maintain the sporting integrity of the Tournament. The Organizer also reserves the right to make decisions on cases not described by the existing rules to prevent any violations of fair competition and sportsmanship.

4. Confidentiality

All communications between the Tournament Organizers and players through any channels are considered strictly confidential. The publication of such materials is prohibited without the written permission of the Chief Referee of the Tournament. The Tournament Administration has the right not to respond to messages sent through unofficial communication channels.

5. General Responsibilities and Agreements

The Administration is responsible for conducting all stages of the Tournament and providing timely information through the official communication channels of the Tournament Organizer (Tournament chat, WhatsApp).
The Tournament Organizer is not responsible for information posted on third-party websites or resources regarding this Tournament.
The Tournament Organizer is not responsible for any agreements between individuals or teams that may conflict with the rules and regulations of the Tournament, thereby preventing their implementation.

6. Participation Requirements

Participants must be at least 16 years old and have padel tennis experience corresponding to the tournament level.
To participate in the Tournament, registration is required via the link published in advance by the club administrator in the
Points are awarded to each player according to their placement and the type of Tournament.
Points are accumulated over a calendar month and announced on the club's website on Mondays.
Based on the monthly results, the Organizers reserve the right to award ranking participants at their discretion.

7. Ranking System
For each ranking Tournament (the Tournament status is announced in advance), players receive points according to Table 1 and Table 2.

8. Game Nicknames

When registering for a tournament for the first time, a player must choose a unique game nickname, provide their contact phone number linked to the WhatsApp application, and register in the Club's internal system. The chosen nickname is reserved for the player for one year from the date of their last game in the Club. A player has the right to change their nickname to any currently available one. The rating remains unchanged. When changing the nickname, the previous one will be displayed in brackets for the first month.

9. Determining the Level of Play

The level of play is determined either by the decision of the Club's coaching committee based on:
  • Training sessions at PadelBay
  • PlayTomic rating

10. Conducting Matches

The start time of the tournament is set by the Organizer and announced in advance. If a player is more than 5 minutes late for the scheduled time and does not notify the Administrator, they will receive a technical loss (last place in the tournament). Players who repeatedly violate this rule may be subject to sanctions, including loss of ranking points and exclusion from tournaments.
Match results are considered confirmed by both parties unless a protest is filed within 10 minutes after the match and an appeal is submitted within 24 hours after the end of the tournament.
At the discretion of the Chief Referee or a club representative, players may be excluded from the tournament for:
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct
  • Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Other situations that violate the sporting spirit of competition and the atmosphere of fair competition

11. Conduct

Every player, staff member, and other participant agrees to behave respectfully towards everyone during the Tournament. They understand that the Administration will respond to any report of harassment based on gender, age, race, or other insults, with the possibility of penalties and disqualification from the Tournament.
In the case of a single violation, participants will receive a warning depending on the severity of the violation. If they continue to behave improperly and disrespectfully towards others, they may be disqualified from the Tournament and excluded from the PadelBay club.
Any request or attempt to manipulate match results will be considered match-fixing, and the parties involved will be disqualified.
